Refund policy

At Designosor, we take great care in creating every product. Since many of our items are made to order, we request you to review this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Window
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
2. Eligible Reasons for Return or Replacement
We want you to shop with confidence. If there is any issue with your order, you may raise a return or replacement request within the eligible period.
- You do not need to specify a reason to submit a request
- Every request will be reviewed by our team fairly
- We may ask for photo or video proof only if needed for verification
Conditions for eligibility:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
3. Made-to-Order and Customized Products
Made-to-order or customized items are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a verified issue such as:
- Manufacturing defect
- Printing error
- Fulfillment mistake
In such cases, a replacement may be provided after review.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items damaged due to improper handling or washing
- Minor color differences caused by screen settings, lighting, or display variations
- Requests raised after the 7-day return window
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders are eligible for replacement only
- Refunds are not available for COD orders
- Replacement will be offered only after verification
- Returns based on size, fit, or personal preference are not applicable for COD orders
6. Prepaid Orders
- Prepaid orders may be eligible for refund or replacement
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Made-to-order or customized items are non-returnable unless a verified issue exists
7. Return Shipping Charges
- A flat return shipping fee of ₹80 will be charged per approved return
- If the issue is due to an error from Designosor, return shipping will be free
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
8. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Please note that bank or payment gateway processing times may vary and are beyond our control.
9. How to Request a Return or Replacement
To raise a request, please email us at support@designosor.com with:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photos or videos, if requested
- Your preferred resolution, such as replacement or refund, where applicable
